Returning Players:

• Registration will be completed through TEAM SNAP (Link on the left).
• Registration is open for returning players 01 JULY - 31 AUG 2026.
• $250 Non-Refundable Deposit - Credit Cards only
• Registration must be complete prior to first day of practice, 9/1.
• Two payment plans available through Team Snap.
• Each player will receive 2 Navy AC Club t-shirts as part of registration. Be sure to include T-shirt size when asked on the registration form.
• If you choose an installment plan, you must pay by credit card and keep a credit card on file and allow the payment to be automatically charged to your CC.
• Parents using the installment plan should keep in mind that they are obligated to pay the full program fee (subject to the Navy AC refund policy) regardless if their son or daughter completes the season.
• PAY IN FULL BY CHECK: If you wish to pay in full but prefer to do it by check instead of credit card. Pay your $250 deposit by credit card when you register and sign up for installment plan.  Then mail your check for the remaining balance.  Installment payments will be cancelled once your check is received.  If the check is not received prior to one week before September 1, 2026, you will be considered on the installment plan with your credit card on file.

Annual Membership Fees:

• High School and 14U Practice Groups:
  • Platinum/Blue/Gold/White         $2,560
• 12U Practice Group:                                  $1,890

 

Session Membership Fees: (12U Group Only)

• Development Group (Sep - Nov)         $650
• Development Group (Dec - Mar)         $650
• Development Group (Apr - Jun)         $650

 

Part-Time Membership Fees: 

• 3 practices/wk:                                     $1,930
• To qualify for Part-Time Membership you need to be a NAAC swimmer or a High School Water Polo player living > 30 miles away.

 

Navy AC and Family Discounts:

• Discounts (details below) for more than one water polo player will be applied to the first invoice payment.
• Swim and Water Polo family discounts will be applied to the second invoice after verification with Navy AC swim.
• If you are currently a NAAC Swimmer who wishes to play water polo 3 days a week or a High School player more than 30 miles away who wishes to play water polo 3 days a week, please email Judi Finkler so you can be verified and invoiced appropriately at navyacwpcfo@gmail.com. Register and pay $250 deposit and sign up for installment plan. Installment payments will be adjusted.
• Only New Players get Prorated thru the Year (No discounts for prorated players). Returning players pay FULL price even if start after the season has started.
• Family Discounts
  • Water Polo families with just water polo players receive a $200 discount for each water polo player after the first player. All players must pay full price no discounts if second player is 3 day a week, 12U paying by Session, or prorated fees(joins after season has started).
  • Families with one swim and one water polo player receive a $100 discount.
  • Families with one swim and two water polo players would receive a $300 discount and so on.
  • No Discounts for 3 day a week player or 12U paying by Session.

 

Practice Group Schedule:

• High School and 14U Practice Groups - Platinum/Blue/Gold/White
  • Mondays through Thursday 7:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M.
• 12U Practice Group
  • Mondays/Tuesdays/Thursdays 7:00 P.M. - 8:15 P.M.
• Practice Group Designation
  • Returning High School and 14U Players will start the season in the same practice group from they ended with.
  • New Players will be evaluated the first two weeks of the season, during their free trial
    period, or when they start attending.
  • Tournament Teams will be selected by coaches based on the type of tournament (i.e. high-
    performance or open) and the age of the athlete.

Tournament Fees for the 2026-2027 Season:

• Home & Away Non-Overnight for Coaches Tournaments $15/game; max $30 per day
• Away Regional Tournaments Coaches Stay Overnight $25/game; max $50 per day
• Travel Tournaments where Club pays Entry fees (FL,Penn Cup, Futures, JO's, etc.) Fees Charged will be based on expenses the club will have to cover.
• Deposits will be required before the event.
